1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information. "SSL SECURITY"

2. How private is my e-mail address?

We do not share your e-mail address with anyone without your consent. This is strictly enforced within all our departments.

3. Do you ship world wide?

Yes we do, but we try to use USPS Air Parcel Post were it is available. So be sure to list your complete door to door address. We now ship to all world wide APO/FPO Military Bases for a flat rate of $15.00.

4. What are our shipping rates cost?

The current shipping cost in Continental U.S. by UPS is now a flat $7.00 with under $30.00. FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $30.00 or more by U.P.S. in U. S.A.

We now ship to APO/FPO addresses that are world wide Military Bases at a flat rate of $15.00(Use Other Online Delivery shipping).

Our shipping cost to Canada is a flat $20.00 by U.P.S.

Our International Shipping by Air Parcel Post (USPS) is a flat $30.00 for total sales of $100.00 or less. Total sales of $101.00 to $200.00 is a flat rate of $40.00.

DHL RUSH (2-Day) shipping cost in Continental U.S. is a flat rate of $20.00 for all orders.

DHL Ground shipping for P.O. BOX address only-now $7.00

We also reserve the right to ship by USPS mail on small orders!

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover) and PAYPAL. We also accept credit card orders over the phone as well. We accept Personal Checks and Money Orders too. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the mail.

6. How long until I receive my order?

All times listed below for shipping doesn't include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. DHL or UPS doesn't run on these days.

We use UPS for shipping in U.S.A. , may take anywhere from 4 to 10 days after 2 day order processing in U.S.A.

International shipping may take 14 to 21 days more or less according to your location.

For U.S.A. shipping by DHL RUSH may take 2-3 days after 2 day order processing.

7. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

8. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm EST. Our web site is 24/7 for your viewing and orders.

9. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently offer $10.00 to $50.00 gift certificates. We don't limit our customers to set amounts. You can pick any amount between $10-$50.

10. What are Promotional Codes for?

When we have sales on certain items. We may offer 10% to 40% off on any one or all items, when this happens there will be a code number listed in our Promotional Codes page. You can entry the code at checkout.

12. What are your products made of?

13. Do I have to pay for items before I receive them?

Yes. To keep our prices as low as possible, we only ship an order when we have received full payment. We do not offer credit or C.O.D.

14. I don't have a checking or savings account. Can I just send you a money order?

Sure! Just be sure to write your order number on it, and attach it to your order form.

15. I'm Canadian, how can I pay for my orders?

Simple. By credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), and by PAYPAL, Bank Check or Money Order. We only accepts payments in US Funds. (We also take care of all custom shipping forms for you).
